PROBLE WITH MODULE 6ES7 132-7GD00-0AB0

I NEED ON SOME DIGITAL OUTPUT OF A MODULE 6ES7 132-7GD00-0AB0, IN SOFTWARE EVERYTHING IS CORRECT BUT THERE IS NO PHYSICAL SIGNAL MODULE, I CHECK THE CONFIGURATION OF HARDWARE AND THERE IS NO ERROR, ALL IS CORRECT, AND GENERATE A CFC WITH CHANNEL OUTPUT AND SIMULATING FROM SOFTWARE, NEW EVERYTHING IS CORRECT IN MY CHART SEE OUTPUT VARIABLES IN 1 BUT ALSO HAVE SIGNAL PHYSICALLY NOR ANY ERROR IS GENERATED.

THERE ANY RESTRICTION FOR THIS MODULE OR ANY SPECIAL CONFIGURATION?

If output is 1 in status window and no LED's are burning on the module then it has to be a powersupply problem

Did you check for L+ and M and any required bridges

HI,

digital output module is not normal DO unit . It's 6ES7 132-GD00-0AB0 that is installed on ET200iSP (profibus remote I/O).Base on manual and   wiring diagram we have to only connect actuator(termian 1,2) and it is not necessary t o connect   L+ and M  for this module.I attached the  photo of installed unit.

finally i found the reason of problem.This 63S7132-7GD  is safety digital output unit and the physical output is controlled via intrinsically safe shutdown signal.So if we don't use this signal we should deactivate  it. There is two way for deactivating:

1- Bypass this signal by bridge  wiring.

2-bypass this signal via software .This feature is only  possible  for the special modules.You can use the "Deactivate shutdown signal" parameter in HW Config only for DO modules
with a "*" after the order number 6ES7....

I selected second solution by replacing the module in hardware configuration.it is not necessary to replace the actual module,only change the order number(there are two types of this unit with same order number) .It's in module property in Hardware configuration.
