problem going online with CP5511 after update S7 V5.3 SP1 to SP3

WimVD Posts: 6 Rating: (2)	Hello, I had the following problem. Working with S7 V5.3 SP1 I had no problem. Yesterday I've upgraded my software to SP3, and after that I couldn't go online with the plc. The diagnostic hardware tool of PG/PC-interface tells me that my hardware is working fine but the network detection doesn't work, Error 0x0320 Cannot find DLL/VxD as file I've checked all the FAQ's and support issues, but that didn't helped me much further. Did somebody had similar problems? [:D] problem solved by reinstalling S7 V5.3 + HF1[:D]

kad2000 Posts: 1 Rating: (1)	Hi ! I had same problem. I could fix it by replacing some new files with old version. - S7EPMPIB.DLL - S7EPMPIX.DLL - DIAGDISB.DLL - DIAGDISP.DLL - C5511W2K.SYS I have took"good" files from S7 v5.3V:\STEP7\Disk1\s7sdd\Data1.cab Regards, Aleksei

WimVD Posts: 6 Rating: (2)	Almost one year after opening this topic I had to upgrade anyhow to V5.3 SP3. I've changed the file's described is the last answer, anyhow the fileC5511W2K.SYS was not on my system. In addition I attatch the "good" files comming from a full ( I mean not the upgrade version) of S7 V 5.3, more preciesly of the CD "simatic backup PG 1/2004) - S7EPMPIB.DLL - S7EPMPIX.DLL - DIAGDISB.DLL - DIAGDISP.DLL This simple tric saved me from reïnstalling my whole siemens package again.
