Problem in communication with common wincc scada?

It is working fine. But when i am restarting the system scada is communicating with one plc the other one no communnication When i unplug and plug it again in the ethernet switch then it is communicating what may be the problem? What i need to check?

What i need to check? Hello When Coomunication problem that time are you able to ping the IP of the CP ? It is happening for the all the Connection on TCP/IP or only one ? Also post your Connection Diagram & MLFB no of CP & Switch.....

I have two systems each consists of CPU 314 with CP343 lean module both are connected to ethernet switch. From there it is connected to Wincc scada... Simple but i dont know where is the problem Yes i am able to ping the PLC ip.. It is happening for one connection only the other connection is fine. Thats why i am confused.... Distance between PLC and scada system is arround 25meter. What are all the things i have to do for cross checking give me some advice....
