Problem to connect GPRS and ethernet port at the same time on IOT2050

But when connecting an ethernet port on IOT2050, GPRS loses connection. Basically, if it is off, GPRS has internet connection, but when I turn on plc ethernet port to ethernet port to IOT2050, GPRS loses internet connection. I want to use GPRS modem for internet connection and ethernet port to connect to a plc. Help me please
