Problem with an ARRAY composed

CarlesG Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Hi, I have a problem and wanted to know if you can help me, I'm trying to write to a DB with a type ARRAY [1 .. 1500.1 .. 3] INT indirectly through a pointer that loads data into the indexes of the ARRAY and not through the addressing of the DB, I can not figure out how to do it correctly. Aret Posts: 2348 Rating: (263)	You can treat it as 1-dimension ARRAY 1..1500 to use with indirect addressing. Please change View to Data View in STL for details.

I was clear that the only way to do this is with SCL management, as the other way is impossible to work with absolute addressing. don't give up so fast dear Carlos73and allow me (well Siemens) to present you with a pre-programmed example on how to work with a two dimensional array in STL: How can you access an element indirectly in STL in a two-dimensional array (e.g. a value in line 2 and column 5)? Havingsaid that, handling of these type of arrays is more convenient in SCL, but I hope this helps anyhow.

Aret Posts: 2348 Rating: (263)	Sorry to mislead you - in my 1st post i mean 1..4500 1-dimensional array Guess Siemens block does the same - when you need position x,y in 2 dimensional array it can be treated as x*dimension+y in 1 dimensional array....
