problem with configuring ethernet on mp270b

Hello,
Can you, pleace help me.
For a month I am trying to make connection using ethernet
I have an mp270b touch panel that I want to use for monitoring some variables on two cpu 226 PLCs, both of them have the cp-243 modul. I am usin a 3-com swich.
I have tryed to make a connection only with one of the plcs but nothing happened.
The lan cables and the lan moduls are ok. I can download programs using ethernet to the plc-s using microWin and I can download the HMI program to the mp270b using Wincc flex 2008. I am sure that the IP addresses and the subnet mask are ok.
Can you pleace give me a tip. What do you think I am missing.

Please check your CP243-1 configuration, in the connections settings have you settedthe TSAP value correct, please try with 02.00 as TSAP value.
