Problem with conversion analog moddule

Ignacio Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Hi, (excuse for my english because it is not my native language) I have a analog module 6ES7135-4FB01-0AB0. The problem is when I set 27648 on the programme (OB! for example) I get 12.16 Volts at the output. It is wrong because the output should be 10 volts. I changed the module for other and the problem persists. In other machine that is the equal, I installed the wrong module. For my surprise, I discover the module works very well. Then, in machine A (all modules 6ES7135-4FB01-0AB0) works well but in machine B all of them work bad (the conversion is not correct). I have tried in the workshop to install a similar configuration (power supply, plc ET200S, power card and analog module). The problem persists. I have checked the wired and the programme: OB1: beginning of programme L 27648 T PAW 560 end of programme I always get 12.16 volts at the output. I think the problem is the configuration of the project because, as I have said at the beginnig, in the machine A the card works well but not in the machine B. Both machines are similar (wired, cards, etc). The most strange is I have downloaded the programme machine A into machine B an the problem persists. Thanks.

And more specially at the system where the output is wrong. There must be acommon voltage problem somewhere.

Also check if hardware configuration of module is done properly and if that difference is constant through whole range or at only maximum value.

ben_toto Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	May be you already check this but very often I face this problem when the connections were not right. If the sense is not connected to the ouput. For example. The + 1 as well as the - 3 output has its own sense input (+2; -4) if this is not connected the outputs (+1; -3) voltage will always be higher.

ben_toto Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hallo the Analogue output has a voltage controller build in. The sense is the feedback for this controller. Thats why you always have two wires connected for example. Terminal 1 is+ output QV0 and Terminal 2 is + Feedback or sense S0+. Both terminals must be connected. For the negative side Terminal 3 is - output Mana and Terminal 4 is - feedback or sense S0- Also this terminals must be connected. This is a method to compensate the voltage drop in the field for example when you have long distances and high line resistance. The sense is always measuring the voltage drop and then correcting the out put signal so that in the field the voltage is as desired.
