That solves your question. But you will have some problems as soon as this piece of code moves out into a bigger program.

(1) #Select_IN is a local tag.
      (a) What type of tag is it? 
      (b) How is the tag seeded and retained?

(2) Can it happen that #Select_IN..
      (a) reset to zero
      (b) set to another value ?
     How is that scenario handled?

Optimizing of the code is outside the scope of this answer.

The S7-300 / S7-400 is sneaky like that: the TEMP tag is a problem. Perhaps not now, but it will soon be a nice big headache. 

The quickest 'solution' is to replace the TEMP tag with a memory word address (MW???). It is not the only solution, but it is the quickest. Just be careful to not overlap the MW address with MB or M-bit address.

That is unfortunate news. Your words however creates a dead-end as there is no new information to work from. 

Create a bare-basic sample program. Test it. Then add that project as a ZIP onto the forum if it is still failing. This will give some volunteer the opportunity to have a closer look.
