Suanya Posts: 15 Rating: (0)	PC communication problem i logo8 I'm trying to communicate a PC with a logo8, and can not, I have tried several PC, I think network cards work properly, connected to a router can surf the internet without any problem, it is a logo without display, but I have a tde screen connected to the logo that I can read config logo8 ip 192 168 000 001 subnetmask 255.255.255.000 gateway 192 168 000 000 config tde ip192.168.000.002 SMask 255.255.255.0 gateway 192 168 000 000 I connect only PC and logo8 on some occasions logosoftconfort says you have to change the subnet mask just connect the cable to pc i logo icon network detects net failure I can try?

The IP addresses of all devices must be located in the IP address space. The left three blocks of the IP adresses : *192.168.1.xxx Your router has an IP address of 192.168.1.1, your PC has the IP address 192.168.1.152. Assign it the logo the following addresses: IP: 192.168.1.10 Subnet mask: 255,255,255,0 Standardgateway: 192.168.1.1 <- The address of the router. Assign them to the TDE following addresses: IP: 192.168.1.11 Subnet mask: 255,255,255,0 Standardgateway: 192.168.1.*1 <- The address of the router.

When you connect the logo without router and then the IP adress from the PC is: ip autoconfiguracion 169.254.243.246 subnet mask 255.255.0.0 Assign it the logo the following addresses: IP: *169.254.243.1 Subnet mask: 255,255,0,0 Standardgateway: nothing Assign them to the TDE following addresses: IP: 169.254.243.2 Subnet mask: 255,255,0,0 Standardgateway: nothing*

Under File> Properties> Offline Settings> General can assign the new IP addresses and subnet mask. Then transfer the program to the logo. When trying to establish the connection, the window (see attachment) is fades. At "Destination IP Address", enter the IP address of the current logo (192.168.0.1). Then press OK. The program is transferred. After the transfer you will be asked whether the IP address should be overwritten. Press Yes to confirm. Then gets the Logo the new IP address. Helmut_13 Posts: 2930 Rating: (432)	Hi, what you also can try: 1. remove the PC from any Ethernet connection except the one to LOGO! (also WLAn/WiFi). 2. Open a new program in LSC (LOGO! Soft Comfort). Don't configure anything, but program an Input to an output. 3. Press download button 4. In the interface dialog don't enter any IP-adress, just press the "Scan-Buton" (blue cycle top of the status colomn) 5. Press OK at any message poping up. Now LSC V8 will configure you local PC Ethernet interface automaically. This may take 1 minute 6. At the end the IP-Adr. of the connected LOOG! should be shown in the table of the Interface dialog. 7. You then can press the buton Adress book and fill the LOGO! 8 IP-Adr. to the address book. Select it. Then LSC V8 will remember LOGO!'s IP-Adr. and will not scan for connected LOGO! any more. This reduces the time for up/download. Please note: If more than only one Ethernet interface is active LSC may not find connected LOGO!8 If you need more than just one Ethernet interface, then best is to configure the Ethernet interface you use to connect to LOGO! manually (IP-Adr., Subnet,) so it fits to your network and you have to select the right ethernet Interface if you connect to LOGO! 8 the first time. Hope this helps
