Problems with Sirius Motor Starter Contactors

 We are experiencing  problems with quite a few Sirius Motor Starter Contactors- 3RA6120-1BP32 -3RA6120-1CP32- just to name a few and this problem is on several different machines.  we energizer the A1-A2 terminals for it to pull in the contactor and sometimes it just sits there. The  power is applied to the coil terminals A1and A2 and voltage is good yet the contactor does not close. we 've tried pushing the reset button and still nothing. untimately we end up changing it out with a new unit to get up and going again. i have all documentation and videos of the events. any help would be appreciated.
