Dear Experts, We are facing a problem with S7 CPU412H(6ES7 412-3HJ14-0AB0/V4.5) redundant system. We have 9 nos.of redundant ET200M (6ES7 153-2BA02-0XBA0) station AND and two redundant DP/PA link IM153 with same type number as ET200M (6ES7 153-2BA02-OXB0). This later stations are connected with two different redundant Profibus DP network of Schneider ATV Inverter. In One network 3 Inverter and in other 4 inverters are connected. When we test our redundancy this all the Inverter tripp, and we checked the inverter last diagnostic which says "communication failed" . So basically redundancy is not working with these two last IM153 stations. Because these inverters are very important and can cause whole plant trip when CPU switch over taking place, we need very urgent solution for this. I have attached the picture of these two type of IM from HW config. For your information other 9 redundant ET200M stations are working fine and they are swithing without problem. After many search in the forum I got two test to do: 1. we have changed the Profibus Baud rate lowered from 1.5Mbps to 500kbps, then 187.5 but problem not solved. Again later even I have tried with 19.2 kbps.But situation is same. 2. we have Deselcted the Watchdog parameter in the Properties of the IM153-2 Y link in hte HW config and downloaded. But no improvement. 3. we have checked the Altivar61 gsd, which is latest one we are using. So no issue in inverter gsd file. I have now confusion about IM153-2 gsd. are we using right one? What other issue that can be problem in such situation. This is very strange that it is happenning only when CPU switchover. Attachmentmp1.zip (172 Downloads) |
