Profinet device name exists multiple times, IRT not possible

After downloading the program to the PLC and respective devices, there are two errors: "Profinet device name exists multiple times" and "Error on partner - IRT not possible at this port". I have attached some images to display the diagnostics buffer, I'm not sure how to proceed with fixing the configuration of this application.
