I've a S7-414-2DP - 6ES7 -414-2XG04-0AB0 Hardware V2 Firmaware V4.1.0. Within I've a 256Kb Flash EPROM Card 6ES7 952-0KH00-0AA0. Sometimes the program is erased form the memory of the PLC. All the CPU LEDS start blinking. Checking the Diagnose Buffer is saw the following: A sucession of the same tipe of EVENT, since the 120th Event (as bellow) to the Event 53rd Event 120 of 120: Event ID 16# 3583 No entry in text database. Hexadecimal values will be displayed. Event ID: 16# 3583 OB: 16# 54 PK: 16# FE DatID 1/ 2: 16# 50 C0 Additional info1 / 2 / 3: 16# 0000 0834 B4E0 Internal error, Incoming event 11:23:32:560 pm 11/29/08 Event 53 of 120: Event ID 16# 4533 Checksum error No relevance for user (Z1): 0003 Previous operating mode: RUN Requested operating mode: DEFECTIVE Internal error, Incoming event 11:30:42:041 pm 11/29/08 At this Event we get a CheckSUM error and the the program get lost from memory (I think). Maybe your CPU is Corrupt. it is a a EEProm maby bad closters. I would contact siemens and get a service number, replacing the unit with a new. |

Hi Darkvader I saw you did another question Load Memory - RAm and Flash Eprom in the Forum. Did you take out the memory with the power on? If you did this maybe the CPU is damaged, or maybe the memory card. There is no warranty for this. Regards Mario |
