programmed with tia v13 basic cant open in tia v 13 professional.

hello experts,

for s7-1200,cpu 1214c, dc/dc/dc v4.0,going thorugh a kind of problem.

1). intially programmed with TIA portal v13 basic version [NO SP]   [some 2 months earlier]

2) then say after 2 months , tried to go online with TIA V13 professional [NO SP]  for making some changes, but cudnt go online or connect with TIA v13 professional. [NO SP]

3).  reset the cpu to factory setting using tia v13 basic[NO SP] again.

4). now the cpu is fresh, it must be connected or go online with tia v13 professional [NO SP]

but again the same problem

"no accessible nodes were found"

kindly assist on this.

sorry you provide not the exact version informations, so please check this on the systems you use and with which you have problems.

And you answered not the question if the Professional Installation is the same in both connection tests!

Generell is no problem to connect with a TIA PROFESSIONAL to a PLC which is loaded with TIA BASIC, but is you have a difference in the Version like SP1 on Basic and no SP1 on PROFESSIONAL then exactly such problems can happen.

You must not provide this informations but if you need to solve the problem then is better you provide it!

the cpu is 1214c dc/dc/dc  4.0 version.

ok you would not provide this information, i hope you can solve your problem before you really need the Prof Installation online.
With exact informations i mean Screenshots of the instaled Versions and Online&Diagnostics of the PLC.
Often people mean they have installed Version x.y but then we let check the versions and is it Vx.y. SPz insteed, this is why i ask for the screens, same thing with the PLC FW.

btw. do you have 2 native installations or is the SW installed in Virtual machines ?

is microwin also installed on the System with the TIA V13 Basic Installation?

How the networkinterface is configured in the VM? Can it be a problem with the VM Configuration that you not see the PLC?

S7-1200 PLC´s with FW-version 4 are not projectable with V13 without SP1.

I guess your TIA Basic installation has SP1 and your Professional-installation(like the screenshot shows) has not.

about network interaface on VM , i have tried direct LAN network and also WI-FI ROUTER combination.
