Dear all,nice day,i am an anew member so I face a problem of login, at simatic panel screen-pt-170B,So where can I find the setting of the attempts to zero, please I am waiting your answer, thank you.

Hi, Reload on a live plant... hassle!! Anyways if there is no backup/restore prepared for the HMI... To prevent this to happen again maybe you should create a backup to the memory card you can very easily reset passwords(with the all other HMI data) with restoring the backup on the Memory card. Obviously you need to have a healthy system first. Also you have re-do this after every change on the HMI. See the links: How do you backup/restore with a Comfort Panel?
