PWM Testing

Nelliyan randy Posts: 461 Rating: (29)	Hi, I was just testing the PWM concept in cpu 1212 c using v11 , i assigned the parameters in a way that was described in that sample program. I downloaded the code & its working i.e the op Q0.0 was on while i trigger the enable , but no voltage was readed across the Q0.0 terminal while i use the MultiMeter to read voltage. But 24 v was read across another D.O i assigned for testing. I read the voltage by placing the MM terminal in - 24 v & Q0.0 terminal [is it right] I dint understand what i am missing , also some pls give me some explanation regarding the parameter assignment that i din't understand with manual. Thanks & Regards, Nelliyan.G Which version of the S7-1212 are you using? DC/DC/DC? What address are you modifying to set the PWM output? To see a PWM signal, you should probably use an oscilloscope.

0_Einstein Diamond Expert Joined: 7/7/2010 Last visit: 1/24/2025 Posts: 15558 Rating: (2468)	Can you post a screenshot of your CTRL_PWM block and surrounding logic to enable it, maybe while it is online with the PLC so the current values are visible?
