PXC7: Need help constructing with the ROT_8 block

Dear Team, I have 3 pumps with 168 hours change over. ie pump-01 will run for 168hrs, after that pump-02 will run for 168hrs and after that pump-03 will run for 168hrs and again starts from pump-01. I need to program this in PXC7 controller. Can you pls support me to do Engineering with ROT_8 block?
