Questions regarding Phoenix Contact communication

Hi Phoenix contact I have some questions for you if you can answer to some of there, firstly let me explain our project what is!

First question:

We have two types of networks at this project profibus and profinet and in this case we use cpu317 pn/dp ...the profinet combined with a switch ethernet manufactured  by Phoenix contact , the first network had also a repeater of dp manufactured by Siemens , the first dp go to the pc HMI and the second destined for the rest of controllers and the same talk about profinet ... we get the file necessary for installing its gsd in the step7 witch is IB IL BP PK 8DI 4DO to 8 controllers I/O but the other one in profinet network I can’t get this file by information there are 4 controllers I/O witch is ILC 130 eth controlled by wireless emitter receiver communicate with Bluetooth norm communication and each controller also have a Bluetooth emitter receiver Ethernet but i didn’t get its the hardware file gsd there is no indicated at the official website of Phoenix contact

Second question:

About cycling time calculations what I should have to know?! ( in generally not must talk in details specially if you have a long line of parts  ) ?!

Third question:

About adaptation between two different types of networks profinet and profibus ?! (In generally)
