Since your drive is not controlling field, please set p50078[1] = 0 & check. |

There is no external field for this motor . Motor Data : Voltage :48V DC Current :128A Watts: 5000W Rpm :1360 I have attached the site motor connections as attached from the supplier. And currently at site the DC motor is only supplied with the Armature supply with no field. p50100 = 128; p50101=48; p50102=0; p50104=5000; p50105=0.1; p50106=5000; p50107=0.1; p50108=5000; p50109=0 ; p50114=600 Attachmentpics.zip (182 Downloads) |

Hello, From the attached drawing & motor details, the DC motor is series wound type DC motor i.e. its armature & field windings are connected in series as such user cannot directly configured the standard DCM, it needs to select 6RA80..-..S22 type DCM. Please refer Operating series-wound or compound-wound motor FAQ for better understanding. |
