Read data from SSI absolute encoder

Hi all,
I have 1 absolute encoder SSI as below:

I want to connect with this encoder and read data from the encoder, but I don't know how to start?

Can you guide me:

1. Knowledge of what I need?

2. The software I need to read this data

3. Hardware? Wiring?

4. What block or function use when I programming
