Real number to timer conversion help

All,

i have a real number from a calculation that I would like to convert into a usable timer value.

Ie. calculation result = 0.5s I want to then set a timer to a value of s5t#500ms, any suggestions on the best way to go about this?

Here a timer as you can find in Allen Bradley PLC, no need of any T.
All time are in ms. Just put your Value as Dint in the Preset.

You can scale the real value, to receive the integer in miliseconds. Then use for some sfb, for example sfb4. This should solve your problem
