Reconnection problem between LOGO! and S7-1200

Hello to all,

I made an ethernet connection between a LOGO (6ED1052-1MD08-0BA0) and S7-1200 CPU (6ES7214-1AG40-0XB0), using logo comfort 8.2 and tia portal V15.

I use the guide I attached. The connection work correctly, but I have a problem in case of disconnection.

The 2 devices are now connected by an ethernet switch. If i disconnect cable from LOGO to switch, when I reconnect it the connection is regurarly restabilished. But if I disconnect the cable from S7-1200 to switch, when I reconnect It the connection is not restabilished.

Seem that LOGO restabilish connection only in case of cable disconnection.

How can I be sure to automatically reconnect the devices after connection problems?

I precise that I will use the 2 devices connected by a vpn, and I will need to use one or more switch between them.

Ok, I solved it, but I'm not sure why.

I tried to make a connection doing a network project instead of the method I used before and it work correctly in every case.

I notice that default setting of network project for TSAP are 20.00 for local (LOGO) and 03.00 for remote (S7). The method i used before (guide I linked in first post) uses TSAP 20.00 for local and 10.01 for remote.

I tried to use 20.00 for local and 03.00 for remote also in my project and now I have not problems.

I also cancelled all connection setting for S7-1200 in tia portal.

I prefer mantein my project instead network project because i programmed my LOGO in ladder and it's not possible to use in in network project.
