Dear N.Tufail, Are you using any AI module or you are using the inbuilt input of 224 XP? Just use 0-10V Supply & connect it with two End Terminals of 1 kohm Pot & Variable Terminal of Pot to V of PLC & the Negative Terminal of POT (which is connected to M of 10V supply), connect it to M of AI of PLC. Hello, you can use following Scaling block as explained by other friends. Please find attachment. You have to insert this library in your Microwin Software to read the counts from Analog input and to scale in required Range. Hope this helps. Attachmentscale.zip (529 Downloads) |

Hello, You can refer following Block codes to acheive your requirement. PLC will get counts value in AIW0 in this case i.e. 0 to 32767 corrosponds to 0-10 V. Please go throgh it. Hope it helps. Attachmentlogic.zip (500 Downloads) |
