Remote connect to PLC

Tom_kal Posts: 28 Rating: (0)	Hello, I have one question. If I have PLC connected through TS Adapter to the modem TC65 Terminal with SIM card and I want connect with PC to PLC using Teleservice. What I need on side of PC? The same TC65 Terminal with another SIM card? (I'll be in the office and PLC will be at costumer.) Thanks. Tom

J_Bell Posts: 5822 Rating: (412)	Hello, well there are two things to care about. First of all: Have you read this FAQ? How do you implement communication with TeleService S7 via a mobile phone? Secondly: Sadly is the use of the TC65 not allowed with the TS Adaptor II. If you use a TS Adaptor IE you may use the TC65. There are special Initialization Strings to use, but sadly is this FAQ only in German available. Warum kann das TC65T nicht mit dem TS Adapter II eingesetzt werden? Best regards J_Bell

Tom_kal Posts: 28 Rating: (0)	Hello, we have TS Adapter II ISDN (6ES7972-0CC35-0XA0) ang GSM-Kit (6AG1011-1CC00-0AA0). Is this right or wrong to use for communication via GSM? We need some modem (connected to our PC) to connect modem(connected to PLC).I read those references but I think that I still do not understant it. Could you explain it to me please? Thanks very much. J_Bell Posts: 5822 Rating: (412)	Dear Tom_kal, I am sorry, the TC65 will not work with the TS Adaptor II. You either use the TS Adaptor IE or another Modem. This is due to timing issues that can not be changed with the TC65. Best regards J_Bell
