Assassins Posts: 14 Rating: (0)	I have a SIMOREG DC MASTER 6RA70 series. Everyday we get the same P030 code. And all we have to do is reset it and it will run fine again. Not all of out DC Masters do this but once a month they all will. I was wondering if there was a way to have an output in my PLC program to reset this. I ask this becasue sometimes the machine is 100' away. Thank you. Ryan

Your PLC send an Relais ho switch this input. Send here a Diagram with konektor the 6RA70. Scan in and send in this Forum as "Attachment". Are you sure, the 6RA70 have no "Reset"- Input ? (Many Manufactor programm this as default) If no --> you can Programm it in the 6RA70. (You must change P-Parameters) If you will, i search you the Nummers of Parameter. The best way is find the Erros or Warnings. ! ! ! Not clear the Traps.

At first, we need an free digital-Input. Lock at ALL DC-Masters, if the than Input free ! There is not cable an DC-Master. Do you have Dokumentation for this Unit ?

Yes, you need an "input" from the DC-Master. Look at "G110" and "G111" here you have "inputs" ! ! ! Now you say, what "input" is for RESET. Change P665 with conector-number. What "input" is free, you must search in the Maschine-Diagram. I hope, that help you. Read in the Manuel with "my Informations" and than you can make this. Now i must go to my Working-Place. In details: For example on X171:36 you can connect one push button ( NO or NC contact) or one output from PLC. After that change the parameter P665 with B0010 or B0011, depends what kind of contact you will use. Download in drive EEPROM. regards

But when I goto P665 and I hit the "P" button again I get "i0001" and I can change it to i0002" Thats it. Also if I hit "P" again I get "0000" and I can change this to any nunber. thanks again for the help.

You can look at the scheme at Chapter 7.3.2 (German Handbook) - Do you have change/set the acess-code P051 before you change P665 ? Read Chapter 7.5 (German Handbook)

Assassins Posts: 14 Rating: (0)	What I see is I change P665 to 2107. But what is with the i0001? And how do i make this with my free input. I can get an input to x171 #54 (connector) But the P665 is the problem I am having. If I change p665 to 2107 how do I trigger it when there is a fault.
