For SIMOTION you must use a SIMOTION D4x5-2 FW V4.3 or V4.4 and for the SINAMCIS S120 you must use CU320-2 V4.5 or V4.7. So you can only use the device Proxy in your case. Now I will tell you the exact issue.-------- We have MP277 HMI which is connected with simotion (Hardware - D235 ,S120).Now we change this from TP900 now the problem is connection which show simotion while project is migrated. Now the solution is to create Device_proxy but problem is initialization failed after 39% completed. Please also tell us that how can I send you the project copy so its easy to you to make my help. Please also tell me the installation sequence of TIA V13 and Scout and Scout TIA and TIA v13sp1 Thank you !

Only Simotion D PLC's with FW V4.3 can be used to initialize the proxy. The project which is used to initialize the Proxy must be Format V4.4. Install Sequence to update to SIMOTION V4.4.0.6: uninstall Scout V4.4.0.2 install Scout V4.4..0.6 uninstall Simotion Scout TIA V4.4.0.2 install TIA Step7 V13.0 SP1 install TIA WinCC V13.0 SP1 install TIA UPD4 install SIMOTION Scout TIA V4.4.0.6 How big is the project? You can put the projectarchive to Dropbox and sen me a link then i download it . Regards Christoph

You tell me to use different firmware but can you please tell me where I will use the updated firmware and where to install(which software) when I was trying to download scout tia v4.4 hf5 or 6 from siemens portal then error comes after 30% download completion is that file no longer present on the download link. can you also suggest me the downloading software for particular siemens site so that file not broken.like TIA updater. Upload the project to a external file hoster like dopbox and i can check what i can do with it to help you. At the moment is better you don't install anything until i have check which options you have after the project analyze. Regards Christoph
