Maybe the script meant to do this struggle to do the task. Maybe the trigger is not working. More info please. Check the Wincc diagnostic folder for log files.Also check windows events. Might tell you something... If you upload the log files we can have a quick look. Cheers

What is more important is that try to found out how the report is generated. Probably there is a script. So if you could identify the script and and you upload the text, we can understand how it meant to work. So we can give you ideas what to could go wrong. Cheers:

You have suggested to complete the installation of MS Office But if this is the problem means why the data can be generated before 16 th of October 2014. I think the size mentioned in the script is low or may be MS office 2012 is not for huge size of report. Please reply me Attachment IOT_report_logging.zip (232 Downloads)

Anyways if the reports not generating it means the the script have a problem. Check the trigger, referenced tags, missing file etc... Also Wincc diagnostic folder should help you. Cheers

If you have problems to read it , you could zip it you can even upload the all folder. So anyone can have a comment on it. Cheers:
