Does "Archive manager" directory in your project contain mdf/ldf file in this timerange? What is the tag logging settings in yor project? labirex

I am burried with work now so I had just a quick look. The next thing to do is open the files one by one and check them. Concentrate the date and time of the entry. Try to collect all the enrties connecting to the issue (date and time is a good lead) and trace them down. So collect them all and systematically check them. It is a lot of work to do, but you are the only one can do it. Any question about entries please come and ask. For example: In the log file "CCTlgCommonArchiving" you can read: "16.10.2014 11:49:35.223 E CCCTlgCA: COM-exception [0x800401f3] while initializing PH ready 16.10.2014 11:49:35.255 E CCCTlgCA: This instance won't have access to the Process Historian" This happened at 16.10.2014 and it is relating to Tag logging and historian. Just an example... Cheers

Multiple errors many kind of them. Which one caused your report to fail? I can not say it from here. I think you have multiple issues, including missing databse entries etc.. If you are not confident, ask professional help before you make the situation worse. This is a technical forum to share experience. If you need professional service ask a Siemens Service Engineer for assistance.
