RUGGEDCOM NMS

AutoGen_7421085 Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	In site Rugged Com NMS was installed. It was working fine before last 6 months. After that, since we didn't disturb or install any new software in PC. But, we are facing issue in Rugged NMS is not getting access through browser. By troubleshooting we found out the while click on "Start Rugged NMS" from Start menu. Some kind of java issue was occurring. Also, we found out that Rugged NMS service was stopped in task manager services tab. We tried to start manually, but it went back to stopped condition automatically. Screen shot about the software details and issue report was attached was attached.
