S120 and PLC sim

Dear all,

I have two questions.

1. Can we simulate sinamics drive with PLCSIM. if yes; how?

2. I have S120 drive with cu310 dp. I am using SFC 14 and SFC15. I can read the data but when I write data through DB, it is not showing on the Receiving side. I attached my project please find it and give me solution.

2.) any error when you write the data?
Where you look in the drive for the Data you write from PLC?

Hi,

I am looking drive data in the telegram configuration, then RECEIVE DIRECTION. But unfortunately in the receive direction nothing is changing in the profidrive side. I attached a snapshot please find it.

regarding 2): check if Bit10 is set to 1 in the first PZD (e. g. 400hex). If it is not the case the drive rejects all telegrams.

I am new with the sinamics drive. Please tell me how can I set bit 10 and how I know which PZD or address is send to the drive.

The data which is received from drive is ok.  but I don't know the data which I want to transfer to the drive. for example I send some bits and setpoint tot he drive. how can I send and where it will go in the drive?

I am done with communication.

I am facing one problem. I can transfer the setpoint but my drive is not going to switch on. Means it is not given 3 phase output supply ( Drive is not trigger). Is any bit is necessary to switch on?

Hi,

do you set the enable bits for the drive correctly?
The line module is also enabled?

Check the parameter r46 in the drive which enable bits are missing.

Can you clearly tell me which bit I need to enabled and how line module enabled? because in r46 paramet bit 0 and bit 30 is high and I don't know how can I disable these bits.

CU310 have no line module, here the AC Power is directly connected to the Powermodule.

Which command sequence you send to thre drive and which Telegram you use?

Note that the Off1 bit must send if all other enable bits are set and the bit must have a rising edge, a static value is not possible.

I am sending control word with 4FFF and the telegram is "Free bico".

How can I set off 1 bit with rising edge? because I am not able to se tthis bit even with static value.
