I think I have ever a similar quesiton with you. Therefore if you want to change direction of motor, I think you can configure paramter of driver of SINAMICS. You canchange p1821, but you have to set p10=3( motor commision) before you change p1821.

Hello,

p1821 is drive object specific parameter. Press emergency stop, select the correct drive object, set p010>0, change p1821value. Set p0010=0 save the value if you have changed it offline, download drive object parameters to project & check.
