S120 "load to PG" error while uploading through S7 routing

Bist Posts: 27 Rating: (1)	Dear All, Please find attached the screenshot of error after "load to PG" from S120 drive through S7 routing. Even after "load to PG", the drive softwareshows differences in online and offline project by RED/GREEN indications. What do the following warnings mean???? WARNING: The object identifier uploadedfrom object RC1 cannot be accpeted. Consistency through download. WARNING:The upload object has the correct type but has a different ID. The message means that the internal ID's for the objects are different. You can create a new unconfigured Device an upload the Data so th ID's from the target will store in the offline device. Simotion Posts: 223 Rating: (1)	How would I deal in the situation where I have a series of standard machines and have a programm with upload of all parameters from the first and then download it to the other new machines? Wouldn't I have problems there with different id's? I thought if f.i. you have a working machine with S120, you exchange f.i. a servomotor with drive click with another one (same type) you could solve the problem with the different id's by uploading the programm once the new motor is attached and then download it again??

Regards Christoph This solution does not work. Even copying devices from working project without any problems to project with this problem is not a solution. Of course devices are deleted before pasting copies.
