Hello all, Today i want to present you two possibilities how to provide the actual torque value from the S210 drive to the PLC. 1. Acyclic communication with SINA_PARA(_S) The actual torque value is read out acyclically with the communication block "SINA_PARA(_S)" via DS47. You can either read out the parameter r0031 (actual torque value smoothed) or r0080 (actual torque value). We recommend using the unsmoothed actual torque value (r0080), because the S210 drive is a very dynamic drive in which you can expect to see rapid torque changes. You can find additional information on the SINA_PARA(_S) in the following SIOS article: SINAMICS Blocks DriveLib for the control in the TIA Portal https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109475044 2. Torque display through telegram 750 When using a technology object, we recommend working with the"PositioningAxis_1".StatusTorqueData.ActualTorquevariable. First the supplementary telegram 750 is set in the HW configuration. Then the technology object is still permitted to take into account the torque data as additional data. This must be enabled in the TO configuration under "Data exchanged with the drive -> Additional data" with the check mark "Torque data". Your Technical Support for SINAMICS S210 |

Hello, since SINAMICS V90 Software Version V1.03.00, the Supplementary telegram 750 for torque control is supported. Within telegram 750 the actual torque will be supplied to the SIMATIC. With best regards. |
