S5 100U TO S7 300: corresponding module and function code

Hello DungNBQ, For S7 300 there is a board called FM 350-1 "6ES7 350-1AH03-0AE0" (1 counter channel) below are the technical specifications,even more below is your speed counter S5, compare the two boards should be no problem FM 350-1 Counter module - Siemens Have a look the chapter named Module Spectrum 15.6: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/1091978
