S5 103U

The cpu has a good backup battery, and a module inserted in the Ram-Eprom slot. But I could not see if it was a Ram or Eprom module. I have only dowloaded the changes, done nothing with the memory module. What will happen if the power is cutt of and restored? If its Ram, probably nothing, but if it's Eprom, will the program from the eprom be loaded to internal ram automatically? To repeat : the battery is still ok. Will I use my program changes?
