S5 to S7 Conversion Problem

S5 DB is directly converted into S7 DB's with its initial values. But in our case after converting S5 program we have seen DB address are OK. But initial value of double word data type not converted properly. Kindly suggest how to solve this type of problem.....

But initial value of double word data type not converted properly. Hi, It could be that there are ASCII characters used, they are translated to a STRING. All other types of variables could be converted all. Even "DO" functions are translated. When there are used ASCII characters then it is better to change the format to hexadecimal, then everything is changed well. It is also possible to change the ASCIIcharacters (that are converted to STRING) to hexadecimals, but then please check that the two first digits of the STRING have to be deleted.
