S7-1200 just one user in web interface

Hello,

Is it still true for S7-1200 firmware v4 PLC's that You can just have one user (admin)? Ive read through the s7-1200 manual (01/2015) and it states "The S7-1200 supports multiple user logins with various access levels (privileges)" (page 789)

Trouble is that I can't do it. I mean I've created user, lets say "MIKE" with password "12345" and I did it in the project, then I went online (user list went gray), saved, compiled (Software-all) the project and I downloaded it to the device (Software - rebuild all)

Still when I try to acces web page as MIKE I get Invaild Login message.

What do I do wrong?

I have TIA v13, CPU 1212DC AC DC Rly fw 4.1.3 hw 3
