S7-1515-2 PN with RS232 slave, COMM_LOAD will not output

I just read your post from here:

I have an S7-1515-2 PN with a RS232 PTP HF module acting as a slave.

Under my instruction sets, I only have the Modbus (RTU) instruction set. I'm having similar issues where the COMM_LOAD will not output done, and the status stays 16#7000. I also never see the TX or RX lights blink on the front display.

Hello William,

absolutely my friend  that cfg options are needed check, thnx for sharing link. Only maybe important info for Autogen, simply without success execution of COMM_LOAD, you can't send/recv nothing, so therefore you didn't see any TX/RX status.
