S7 1515 - routing through X2 and X1

Hi, can you please help me with the PLC routing implementation? Quick description:

PG (126.65.13.99) -> 1515F-2 PN v2.6 X2 (126.65.13.1); profinet device (10.0.0.6) -> 1515F-2 PN v2.6 X1 (10.0.0.1). How can I connect from PG to the profinet device? I was told it is possible and working with no extra equipment, I got the project where it works (I've seen it working), but no luck in my case. I must miss something.

I followed few topics (the closest was https://support.industry.siemens.com/tf//ww/en/posts/routing-ethernet-s7-1516-3pn-dp/123359/) but still no progress.

What does it mean "online access correct"? Something more than correctly typed the IP?

What is the Engineeringtool?

I am sure that it is working on 1515F-2 with FW v2.6, Tia 15.1, explicitly with the Baumer camera. So there is no routing related settings on the PLC?

Thank you for pointing me to the right direction. While gathering some screens in the Starter I noticed the additional options to configure. After few tries I configured it correctly.

So in the servo case it must be done with changing the connection node from "local" to "accessible from network transitions", while knowing the S7 subnet ID is essentials here (starter_comm_interface.png) The ID can be obtained in TIA by clicking on the subnet itself (not a port of the plc or so) (S7_subnet.png).

Do you know please what the checkmark "Connect devices that are not linked with this subnet in case of port connection" means? Can it help me with reaching the other devices which do not have the S7 routing option? (S7_subnet.png)
