Hello, If you replace the modules with the same MLFB there is no need to do programming. For the Analog module there are some where you have to set a switch or big black Square to set the input, you can read all about your modules in this manual: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/8859629 If you have newer modules, it could be the CPU does not regonise them and goes to stop with a SF led on. Then you have to reconfigure the hardware. I have checked your modules they are all available , so no programming needed, make sur the power supply is off before exchanging the modules and put them at the same slot as the defective modules . hello, Mlfb is the 6ES7... number. (Machine-Readable Product Designation in english) Newer modules are those with a higher number i.e. 1KF02 is newer than the 1KF01. For configuration you need the Step 7 software and a interface/cable for programming. Ask your local Siemens rep. for advice. You can ask the same time if the 1KF01 module can be replaced by the 1kf02 without changing the hardware configuration. What the manual tells:
I have attached document about the 1kf01. Regards, Marcjan Attachment1kf01.pdf (239 Downloads) |
