Hi All, I am stuck in a problem. I am working on S7-300 redundant project. I want to use 5 user DB's in this project for this in FC 100 which is called in OB100 1) DB_NO : 50 2) DB_NO_LEN : 5 if I write 0 in above to fields then my redundancy works perfectly, but when I write like able mentioned. system fault accurs. Text file of this fault occurs in Diagnostic Buffer is attached. Please help.

Hello I wonder if you deleted Data Blocks "DB_WORK_NO", "DB_SEND_NO" and "DB_RCV_NO" (typicallyDB1, 2 & 3) online after you made the change to FC100 and before you restarted the CPU? If not it would explain your problem and chapter 5.8 of the SIMATIC S7-300/S7-400 Software redundancy for SIMATIC S7 manual has more on this. I hope this helps |
