S7 400 hardware

i have an S7-416-2DP PLC; i am facing some problem with my hardware backup; while putting in online mode a message window is coming "system data differ" ; i have checked PS, CPU,CP module properties(order no., version,input address etc) along with all system modules and couldnt find any mismatch with online configuration; we are having about 20 nos of PLC stations in that hardware backup. All the stations are going online except 4 nos of stations. All 4 stations are running well. Is there any method to save the online hardware configuration to the existing hardware program on my PC ?
