SB1223AQ analog output module

naf-vsm Posts: 14 Rating: (0)	Hello all, Im making a project controling the speed of a DC motor. The speed control module need a 0-10v signal to change the speed of the motor. I have aSB1223AQ analog output module in my 1212 module. the problems are that i cant get any voltage out of the SB module. I have made a simple program move27648 to QW80 but noting hapends :( I think i just a stupid mistake but dont know what :( thx Mr.T Attachment SB1223AQ.jpg (190 Downloads)

What is the part # on the signal board? I am assuming the above topic and text is a typo and you meant SB1232 for the AQ. What wiring is used? If you disconnect the field device wiring, what voltage is present between the output and M terminals? Did youpower the plc down when inserting the SB? Does the PLC show the SB is functioning properly when online viewing diagnostic information in the portal software?

NAF TD Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	thank youhuggy_d1for your fast reaction Im using the6ES7 212-1AD30-0XB0 CPU connected with 6ES7 232-4HA30-0XB0 Analog output The lights on the CPU and the SB are green and i have no errors but still cant measure any 10v on the therminals. thank you Attachment wireing.jpg (217 Downloads)

NAF TD Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	I got it working! it was indeed something stupid... the connection on the plug was lose, that why i did not measure anything. when i pushed hard with my multimeter pins i did measure my 10v did fix it by bending the pins together! Thanks alot guys for the help!
