szymonberlin Posts: 10 Rating: (0)	Hi Guys, i have a little problem with Pegaia Project. my sensor works in intervall between -100...100mbar. it is differencial pressure sensor. it shall give me 0 mbar output, when it is normal in my hand and not in the specific chamber. als output it has 4...20mA so i can use the function in the project. shall i change the numbers 1.25 and 0.25 in this function before i drop it into cyclic interrupt? input value: signal (Int) HI_lim : 0.1 LO_lim : -0.1 i would be grateful for some help :)

You have a 4..20mA signal. ok Where you use it (S7-1200 CPU, 331-7KF01,?) When you receive 4mA what you wolud like to read in your program? When you receive 204mA what you wolud like to read in your program?

szymonberlin Posts: 10 Rating: (0)	s7-1200 :) the sensor measures pressure outside the chamber and inside the chamber and give me deifference between outside and inside. but at the start test, when the doors from chamber are open the pressure inside and outside is the same. so i have to measure 0 bar differenc between chamber and outside pressure. 12mA - 0 bar difference, it is normal air pressure. limits for sensor: -0.1mbar...0,1mbar

In this case you should use a 500 Ohms shunt resistor. You can usethe version that has news blocks for SCALE / UNSCALE of 4..20mA done by analog modules that has just 0..20mA Set Low limit = 4mA = -0.1bar High limit = 20mA = 0.1bar
