Marciel Posts: 21 Rating: (3)	Good morning for all; I have a problem with SCL code, wheni call a FC105 Block (SCALE) ,pass the parameters and then i compilethe following error apearrs: E: L 00020 C 00008: Invalid or missing function type. W: Code generator not called because of an erro. What do you think about this problem ? As i know about the FC105 Block, the return is necessary, in the function SCALE at the SCL code it not available. The parameters IN, HI_LIM, LO_LIM, BIPOLAR and OUT are available with yours type. thanks you!!!

When I call the FC105 block, the follwing structure appears: SCALE (IN := // in : int , HI_LIM :=// in: real ,L_LIM := // in: real ,BIPOLAR := // in : bool ,OUT := // out: real ); // word Do you know what means the last line this function SCALE ? There's just the variable type, but whre're the variable block? thank you!!!

Marcjan Platinum Member Joined: 4/22/2010 Last visit: 10/17/2024 Posts: 5697 Rating: (715)	If you compare with the STL source: CALL "SCALE" IN := HI_LIM := LO_LIM := BIPOLAR:= RET_VAL:= OUT := The variable that is missing in scl is RET_VAL Type word, so that could be the meaning of the last line.
