Hi Ravi_Mechatronics, Two answers all your questions, we volunteers need more information. In particular, we need to know the PLC used, as there are differences in possible block sizes and also in performance (also in terms of monitoring).
For CPUs of the S7-300/400 family you will find a manual with the necessary information. For CPUs of the S7-1200/1500 family you can only measure the time for an already created program.
The entire PLC stops when a configured maximum cycle time is exceeded. Kind regards |

I recommend downloading and reading the S7-1200/S7-1500 programming and style guide found here: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/document/81318674

Thanks for your response . I am using CPU 1516F-3 PN/DP (6ES7 516-3FN01-0AB0) 4 . Case 60 was executed as like other cases 50,55 . Is it defect or something i am missing. This information , i am requesting to make my debugging easy instead of keeping in everything in watch table . Currently my code is having 365 lines P.s : - After 4 case statements in case , monitor window is not showing ,even after respective case successful execution as like first 4 case statements. 6. Please ignore . it typo error
