I would try to reduce the current controller gain first and check the current controller.

Have you make a stationary measurement first (+rotary if possible)?

Does it work in fieldweakinging?

Or have you some mechanical resonances (which are have an effect at higher speeds only?).

Does it work in fieldweakinging? do you mean flux reduction? i think so

Or have you some mechanical resonances (which are have an effect at higher speeds only?). i don't think so, when i stop the pulses, noises go away

Stationary measurement and rotary measurement you can do it via stationary/turning measurement inside commissioning menu.

As far as i can read it seems to be an electrical problem, there is a easy way to discard electrical issue, run spindle to maximun speed and then cut the power, if the vibration level goes down fast (i mean, for example, from 4 mm/s^2 to 0,2 mm/s^2).

if this dont solve your problem you might have a mechanical issue even if the bearings are not hot, if i were in your place i would check out again bearings state.

About current controller i have same knowledge as you so better if someone other than me asnwers this question
