Screen window always on top mtp 1200 panel

Hello to everyone

On MPT1200 panel, i use screen windows for show and hide the page of my control panel changing the "Visible" property.

The problem is that the Z order of the pages, is the same as the project. So for example when i open one page, that stay under another object untill i don't click on page title.

The same opening more pages. I desire that the last page opened still on the top, but unfortunately the page still mantain the order of the project.

I try to work on property "WindowFlags" but it work only on simulation on my PC and not on the panel (see the script below). Any idea of what i can do?

To be honest, I can't follow your description. Can you please share some images that illustrate your problem?

Please provide some additional information. Which version of WinCC Unified are you using? What image version do you have installed on your MTP1200? Have you tried using the latest V18 image version? This can be done even if a previous version is used for engineering.

Hello Stefan and thank for the answer. I try to explain well my issue.

I use TIA portal V18 and panel image is updated to V18.0.0.

I have 3 Screen windows, property "Visible" set to off , and 3 buttons for show the windows changing property "Visible" to true. (see picture 1). The buttons alse resize and put the windows in position.

The problem is when i open the windows, that don't stay on the front, but maintain the same position as the project. So for example if i open first the window "Setting" and after i open the window "Alarms" the window alarm stay back the windows "Settings" (see image 2).

I need that the last windows opened must stay always on front

I try to modify runtime the property "WindowFlags"for set on last window open on front, but this work only on the PC and not on the panel.

Some idea?

Hi tecnoproject,

Your screen windows will be displayed with the z-order you build in the project. There is no way to change the order of screen elements within this layer, nor to move them to another layer.

You should try using OpenScreenInPopup instead.

No, you can have multiple pop-ups open on your screen at the same time. You will need scripting if you want to limit it to a single pop-up. See the FAQ "How do you control pop-up windows in WinCC Unified PC RT and Comfort Panels via script (JavaScript examples)?".

In general, PC Runtime and the panel should show the same behavior. To ensure that this is corrected, you should create a support request to report this to Siemens.
