I would like to create following system:

s7-1200 connected to Access Point and Client conneted with second s7-1200

I would like to send data between the drivers. What configuration of network shall i set in Tia Portal?

I tried to this using three methods:

1.I tried to configure them in two separate subnets, but i found out that there is problably no way to transfer the data - both drivers were set as IO controllers, and there were two separate subnets so i cannot use get/put instruction - FAIL

2.Then i tried to configureone subnet - created profinet network with 4 nodes: 1 Io controller s7-1200, AP, client and io device s7-1200. But the effect was that S7-1200 returns error for 10 seconds, then work normally for 10 seconds and once again return error - FAIL

3.Finally i tried to configure project without scalance modules, but effect is the same plus AP and client red led is lighted - FAIL

Important thing is that I use non Siemens antenna - its antenna of external producer.

The only parametr of antenna I passed is an antenna gain. Cable lenght is 0 and i havent inputted additional attenuation parameter.

Can anybody tell me in what way shall i configure this network?

If the clinet registers with the AP (it seems to be your situation, and can be checked in the AP under "Client list") you just configure the connection between the two S7-1200 as if the Wireless is not there.

One subnet, both on that subnet, with different IP.
You draw an S7-connection between them.
And you use PUT and GET to write/read in the other CPU.
You need to check "allow PUT/GET" in the protection of the S7-1200.

The red LED on the AP might be result of your previous tests.
If the AP arnd/or the client were declard as IO device, and now you work without,
you need to remove that setting in the AP/the client.

Problem solved

If error led and run led lights intermittently in interval 15s - 15s, you have to make sure that in all IO devices in IWLAN parameter Update Time in PLC -> PROFINET interface -> Operating mode is the same and possibly max. I set 128 ms and worked fine.
