Send Datalooging PLC to PC

My initial idea is to use s7-1200 (1214C v4.4 with TiaPortal v16) to generate Datalogging, but I still don't know if it is possible to send Datalogging to the PC automatically with a determined frequency. I would like to carry out this automatic operation. I am open to changing hardware, if necessary. Thank you for help.
